At Stef Mouchie, every garment is tailor-made and crafted to order with care and precision. Because of this bespoke approach, please allow 2–3 weeks from the date your order is received for production prior to shipping.

Fabric & Craftsmanship

 

All pieces are ethically made in Toronto, using luxury fabrics sourced from Italy, China, and the USA. Our materials include organic cottons, silks, silk organza, and other elevated, sustainable blends known for their beauty, durability, and comfort.


We are committed to conscious craftsmanship — from sourcing to sewing — to bring you timeless garments that align with our values of sustainability, versatility, and luxury.



Packaging

 

We ship all items in eco-friendly, recyclable packaging. Our minimalist matte-black boxes feature vegan-certified faux suede interiors and metallic logo details, creating a refined unboxing experience that leaves no unnecessary waste behind.


 

 

Delivery Details

 

  • Standard and express shipping options are available via FedEx, Purolator, and other trusted carriers.
  • Orders are shipped within 2–3 weeks, excluding weekends and Canadian bank holidays.
  • Delivery times may vary due to demand, seasonal changes, or factors beyond our control. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and will be confirmed in your Dispatch Confirmation email.
  • Shipping fees and any applicable duties or customs are calculated at checkout.



Please note:

  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and any specific instructions at checkout.
  • For orders outside of Toronto, delivery costs may vary depending on the destination and item(s) purchased.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred in their country.


If we are unable to complete delivery due to incorrect information or a missed delivery through no fault of ours, additional fees may apply for redelivery or storage. Once delivered, the goods become your responsibility and should be inspected upon receipt where possible.
